CLASS SCHEDULE + DETAILS Monday 7am- 8am GMT TIME (online - worldwide) FRONT & MIDDLE SPLITS From beginners to advance, we safely cover lengthening & strengthening all leg muscles including hip openers to get your front & middle splits technically good & strong. Wednesday 7am- 8am GMT TIME (online - worldwide) BACK BEND BRIDGE From beginners to advance, we safely cover pushing the range of motion in your back & shoulders creating more strength & flexibility to successfully gain confident in full bridge and more. Friday 7am- 8am GMT TIME (online - worldwide) SKILLS - HANDSTANDS From beginners to advance, we safely cover step by step everything handstands from head to toe. Many Handstand variations, forearm stands, walkovers, and statics. WHAT TO EXPECT Each class is different. You will never get the same class. Receive essential feedback during each class. Delivered with a fun, upbeat, positive, attitude. Always a full body work out. Safe, expert drills for best results
